  • It is a requirement of A.D.I Dance Studios for insurance and safety purposes, that all parents/guardians sign an enrolment form prior to students’ commencement. By signing this enrolment form you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined below.


    A $100 non refundable enrolment fee per dancer is required to be paid upon enrolment to secure your students place in the Certificate and Extension Programs. 

    A $500 non refundable deposit is required to be paid upon enrolment, this is not included in the total course price.

    CUA10120 CERTIFICATE I IN DANCE $4230 AUD not inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD. 

    CUA20120 CERTIFICATE II IN DANCE $4480AUD not inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD. 

    CUA30120 CERTIFICATE III IN DANCE $4774AUD not inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD.

    CUA30320 CERTIFICATE III IN ASSISTANT DANCE TEACHING $5075AUD not inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD.

    CUA40320 CERTIFICATE IV IN DANCE - 2 year course Tuition for this course is a total of $8440AUD not inclusive of a a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD for the two years.This cost equates to $4220 per year excluding the deposit.

    CUA40320 CERTIFICATE IV IN DANCE TEACHING AND MANAGEMENT - 2 year course Tuition for this course is a total of $12040.00AUD not inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $500AUD for the two years. This cost equates to $6020 per year excluding the deposit.

     Certificate Programs run from 8.30am - 3.30pm weekly and is inclusive of the extension program times.

     Dance Extension Program ONLY

    Senior $4000 per annum - $1000 per term - 10.30am - 3.30pm 

    Intermediate (Weekly) $4000 per annum - $1000 per term - 10.30am - 3.30pm

    Intermediate (Fortnightly) $2000 per annum - $500 per term - this is a fortnightly program - 9am - 2.30pm

    Junior $2000 per annum - $500 per term - this is a fortnightly program - 9am - 2.30pm

    The Enrolment Fee and Upfront Deposit Fee are payable upon enrolment into the applicable course prior to the commencement of Term 1 2026. These fees are non-refundable. 

    The Annual Course Fees are divided into each term and are payable per term, regardless of the length. All fees must be paid in full by the end of the 1st week at the beginning of any term unless on a payment plan. Payment plans need to be pre-arranged and must be finalised by the end of each term, these will be paid weekly or fortnightly. All prices include GST.

    Note: any term payments that are not fully paid by the due date on the invoice or if you have not arranged a payment plan, you will be charged for late payment. Payments not finalised by the end of each term will impact their child's course attendance in the end of year concert and continuation in our courses/programs.

     4. If a student cancels their enrolment with in 30 days of commencement of the course and has attended more than 1 week of the course but has not been assessed for any part of the course, then the student is entitled to a refund of 50% of their paid fees (this excludes the deposit paid).

    5. If a student cancels their enrolment within 30 days of date of invoice and has been assessed for some of their course, then the learner is not entitled to a refund.

    6. If a student cancels their enrolment after 60 days of commencement of a course, then the student is not entitled to a refund.
     
    7. It is the parents’ responsibility to read relevant emails, information and updates issued via the email address provided at the time of enrolment.
     
    8. At times students may be photographed or filmed during classes, rehearsals, and performances, to be used for promotion of the studio.  Should you wish for your child not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know.

  • All dancers under the age of 18 years, must have a parent/guardian complete and sign this acknowledgment on behalf of the student.

    Photography Permission

    I give permission for A.D.I Dance Studios, its teachers, and employees to take and use visual/audio images/recordings of my child during classes, rehearsals, and performances for A.D.I Dance Studios marketing and publicity materials, websites, and social media.

    In the event of an accident or Illness where it is not possible to communicate with me, I give permission for the teacher in charge to arrange whatever transport and/or medical attention he/she deems necessary for my child. I understand and acknowledge that I will be responsible for any expenses incurred.

  • Indemnity
    I acknowledge that all care according to the Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers will be taken by A.D.I Dance Studios. However, A.D.I Dance Studios accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property and shall not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from or caused by and negligence of the Director, teachers, or any other employees of A.D.I Dance Studios.

     

     

  • As the parent/guardian/student over 18, I  (name) understand and agree that participation in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance involves a risk of accidental injury despite all safety precautions. I voluntarily agree, to assume all risk related to any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or a student for whom I am parent/guardian during any A.D.I Dance Studios classes, rehearsals, performances, or other activities. I exempt and release, fully indemnify A.D.I Dance Studios, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or other students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind or characteristics whatsoever in respect of any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, any student for whom I am parent/guardian or property belonging to me or such student which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by A.D.I Dance Studios. I understand that I should be aware of my/my child's physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.
    As the parent/guardian/student over 18, I confirm that I have provided A.D.I Dance Studios with all the relevant information of any medication, pre -existing injuries. allergies, medical conditions and/or limitations of my child/myself.

    In the interests of your dancer’s safety and wellbeing while enrolled with A.D.I Dance Studios, it is important you fill out the information below pertaining to your child’s medical requirements. The information provided by you in this document will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with the relevant staff members when necessary. Should you have any changes to your child's details, please inform A.D.I Dance Studios as soon as possible.

  • If your child requires an action plan for any medical conditions, allergies, illness listed above could you please ensure you provide these upon enrolment.
