I understand that upon agreeing on an appointment date I will be required to submit a deposit of $50-$100, depending on the size/complexity of my piece. I acknowledge that my appointment will not be confirmed until Antonio has received said deposit. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable but will be subtracted from the total cost of my tattoo on our appointment date.

If I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment, I understand that failure to notify Antonio within 48 hours of our previously scheduled appointment will result in my losing said deposit. Another deposit will be required to reschedule. If I reschedule more than once, another deposit will be required. I understand that Antonio has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
