Applications can only be considered if they meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the Grant Making Policy.

All applicants must meet the eligibility criteria (as detailed in the Grant Making Policy):

• Under 25 years of age;
• Attend or attended a CofE, VA or VC school in the London Diocese for at least two years;
• Pupils who are recorded as eligible for free school meals, or have been recorded as eligible in the past 6 years (referred to as Ever 6 FSM);
• Applications are particularly encouraged on behalf of students with an EHCP or those on the school SEN register;
• Applications are particularly encouraged to support pupils demonstrating great aptitude for the arts, e.g. music/dance.

Please do:

• provide factual and up-to-date information about the pupil and their particular circumstances at the time of writing;
• provide evidence of financial need where appropriate. This will typically involve Free School Meals (FSM Ever 6) and/or Pupil Premium Funding.

Please do not:

• submit more data then required as part of the application;
• provide the full name(s) of the pupil(s) that you are applying for;
• provide the FSM/PPF status of pupils that you are not applying for;
• include these details if uploading documents.

N.B. This form allows you to complete details for up to 15 pupils. You will be able to add more pupils as you complete the form. If you are applying for more than 15 pupils, please upload an additional document with further details for each pupil at the end of this section.

Section 5: Bank details for making the grant payment


If your application is successful, the grant will be paid by bank transfer. Please provide your school’s bank account details.
