- In most cases work should be submitted to repro with at least 24 hours notice or, for unusual or very large print runs, 3 days notice.
  
  If you have urgent copying needs after these deadlines please take the work to repro in hard copy and discuss it in person.

  For all other formats, you should print ONE copy onto paper and submit this in person to repro OR convert the format into one of the formats listed. If you need help or support in doing this, IT Support will be happy to assist you.
