Our rental fees:
Auditorium: R630.00 p/hour (from setup to closing time)
Function Hall: R525.00 p/hour (from setup to closing time)
Conference room: R310.00 p/hour (from setup to closing time)
*Special day rates can be arranged on request
**The rental fee includes the use of our tables & chairs. It does not include tablecloths, decor, cutlery, crockery etc. These items (if available) can be hired at an addisional cost prior to the event date.

Custodian Fee
R600.00 (events on Tuesday - Friday after 14:00 - 16:00)
R830.00 (events on Monday, Friday after 17:00 & Saturday)
R1100.00 (events on Sunday)
*This fee includes venue setup and basic sound & audio visual support on the day of the event. It also includes a 30 minute appointment with the custodian one day prior to the event, to talk through the event schedule and test presentation and sound. **Please note the custodian is not responsible for presentation setup or corrections.
Cleaning Fee
R380.00 (cleaning on Tuesday - Friday after 14:00 - 16:00)
R490.00 (cleaning on Monday & Saturday)
R740.00 (cleaning on Sunday)
