    • Important Details & FAQs

      • We keep each of our exhibitors in the general session hall at all times during the event.
      • We expect between 175 - 250 total attendees/participants/people (total) in the room, as such these are estimates based on past years attendance and there is not guarantee nor forecasting provided for current year numbers.
      • Our audience of attendees is primarily Physicians. We do not put sponsor tables/exhibits in side rooms or hallways. We recognize and value your investment and time in this unique space, so we help you succeed in your networking and time spent with us each year!
      • Our speaker panel/agenda for Oct 2024 is wholly booked/full already. This year, we have 20-30+ speakers in our General Sessions, breakouts, and workshops.
      • All table sponsor/exhibits include: 1 (3’x6’) w/ skirt + (2) chairs + 1 Conference attendee list + a specific number of all-access conference passes based on your selected/desired sponsor level for the Oct. 18-19, 2024 industry conference.

        Upon arrival at the conference you will receive a USB thumb drive and a printed list of the attendees on Friday, Oct. 20th, upon your set-up and arrival of your table.

      • Post-conference, we send you an updated attendee list via Excel and PDF. Not all attendees want their email addresses provided on a conference attendee list, but we will include those who have double-opted in and said it is okay. Usually, that is about 30%, but there are no guarantees or warranties on that figure.
      • Please note: We cannot save, hold, or reserve any spaces without a completed Sponsorship Application and payment. We recommend that you plan your participation and reserve and submit your Sponsorship Application accordingly in the next few weeks. Please be aware that our Exhibitor tables/booths sell out every year.

        • NOTE: If you are a non-profit, please send us proof of your non-profit status so our team can verify and amend the invoice accordingly before rendering payment.
