Tech Alignment Internal Assessment
For any long-term IT strategy, it’s important to know where you are and where you plan to go. While you may love your current IT provider, we recommend clients do a Tech Alignment Internal Assessment each year to determine if their current provider is adequately positioned to accomplish their business goals. Here is an assessment you can use for your annual review of your current IT department and/or provider. The questions are broken into the five essential areas to consider when evaluating your existing IT infrastructure:
