Tournament Requirements:
- Each team must have 3 players
- Up to 6 players on the roster are allowed
- You can make a team of boys/men & girls/women
- Brackets will be formed based on number of teams who enter
  - If there are not enough teams in your specific division the division may be combined
  - Upon entering you agree to provide the tournament commitee full discretion in creating divisions.
- Games will be played between APPROX 1-6 PM, on Saturday, Dec 14, 2024 at Case Community Parks in Sand Springs.
  - We agree to be fully available during that day on those times.
- TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:
  - Entry Fees are NON REFUNDABLE except where stated below. No refunds will be contemplated for referee decisions, outcomes, etc.. The "Act of God" refunds policy is stated below:
    
    If games are canceled prior or during the event beginning, due to weather or another "act of God", the tournament will refund 50% of the the entry fees.
    
    Any contribution to a supported charity as part of your team's participation in this event is non-refundable.

TEAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Understanding of participation expectations and standards prior to payment and arrival.
SCHEDULE UNDERSTANDING: We understand games will be scheduled APPROX 1-6 PM on Saturday, Dec 14th, and we agree to be available during those times, and to arrive at all games ON TIME. We will participate with a great spirit of enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and goodwill to represent the desired holiday spirit of the event.*

We agree to participate with the understanding of participation date, time, and spirit.
REF TREATMENT & PAY UNDERSTANDING: We will bring $5 cash to EACH GAME to pay the referee. We agree to treat all referees with respect, kindness and gratitude. We understand that many 3v3 referees are new, "in training" referees.*

We participate with an understanding of the event's standards, including treatment expectations of referees.
AGE & GENDER DIVISION UNDERSTANDING: We understand our age division/gender division might be combined with another division to provide the minimum number of 3 games. We may play "up" or "down", and we are agreeing to provide the tournament committee FULL DISCRETION in creating divisions for the event. We also understand we MUST report our OLDEST player's birth year via this form and that will be used for classification of our DIVISION. We understand we can create "CO-ED" teams and that such teams will potentially play against all-boys or all-girls teams.*

We participate with an understanding of the event's bracketing and division standards, including an understanding our oldest player birth year will determine our team's age division.
REFUND POLICY: We have read and understand the stated refund policy above.*
