Integrity Limousine Rental Agreement

1. Deposit and Payment. The Client shall make a deposit of 30% or $200.00 whichever is greater to retain a reservation of the limousine services. The deposit shall be offset from the final payment and Client shall pay the balance due. The final payment will be due at pick-up on the date of service. Any additional fees including: overtime, or unauthorized wait time will be charged at occurrence. Unless otherwise specified, all reservations require a major credit card.

2. Balance Due. Any remaining balance that is due will be either charged to the credit card or collected in CASH by the driver. In some cases, we may allow you some time to collect from anyone who may be contributing while driving to different pick-up locations. In this case, all money MUST BE PAID IN FULL before reaching your first destination. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS will be accepted the day of service.

3. Cancellation. Weddings, Proms, Concerts and Sporting Events require a 10-day cancellation notification prior to contracted event date. All reservations will be charged a processing fee of $200 that is applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Airport Transfers and everything else require a 48-hour cancellation. All reservations of this nature will be charged a processing fee of $100 that is applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Any cancellations made after the specified time will be charged the full amount.

4. Personal Property. While we are happy to let you bring personal cell phones, I-pods, I-pads, and other various personal items, we do not take any responsibility for items that are damaged or left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period. No firearms may be brought within the limousine.

5. Smoking/E-Cigarettes/lllegal Drugs/Underage Alcohol Consumption. Please remember there is No Smoking allowed in any of our Vehicles. This includes e-cigarette devices. No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs are permitted. Possession, sale or consumption of alcohol to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) is strictly prohibited. Integrity reserves the right to require documentation of age where this may be an issue. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services. All money paid in advance will be forfeited and remaining balance will be charged.of the limousine rental period. No firearms may be brought within the limousine.

6. Disorderly Conduct. Disorderly conduct or conduct in the judgment of the driver that hampers trip safety or jeopardizes property or persons either within or outside the vehicle may be grounds for termination of the trip. Integrity reserves the right to eject individuals from the vehicle and will do so at the sole discretion of the driver or limousine management. In such a case, the person or persons jeopardizing the trip will be dropped off at the nearest safe facility such as a police station, gas station, restaurant or the like. The Client agrees to be fully responsible for those individuals and to hold Integrity Limousine, LLC. harmless for any liability or action arising out of the ejection of party members from the vehicle for any cause whatsoever.

7. Damages.
A. At the chauffeur's discretion, the purchaser agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may incur for breakage, theft, damage (due to sickness or otherwise) and vandalism.
B. The Client agrees that the limit of Integrity's liability is a refund of all amounts paid.

8. Late Arrival. Integrity shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.

9. Color of the Limousine. INTEGRITY reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.

10. Miscellaneous.
A. In the event, any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
B. Any dispute arising under this Agreement or regarding the limousine service provided shall be raised only within the courts of Stark County, Ohio.
C. This Agreement is the final and complete understanding of the parties. Any promises or representation not contained in this Agreement are not binding and are superseded.

I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. I declare that I am over the age of eighteen (18) and I sign with full agreement and understanding of the terms and conditions described above and I accept full responsibility for other persons in my party.
