Considering the acceptance of my application to participate in the 2024 Calgary Canoe Club Florida Spring Camp, I hereby acknowledge having read and agreed to the conduct regulations. Also, I release and forever discharge the organizers and/or affiliated clubs, associations and persons from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions arising from or because of my participation. In addition, no claims or demands whatsoever in law or in equity which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns can, shall or may have against the aforesaid organizations against my liabilities incurred by one of any of them by my participation in the said event. I understand that violating camp rules may result in being sent home at my own expense and may result in further action, including but not limited to restriction from future events. I certify the athlete is physically fit to participate in the camp fully and can swim.
