Amici Trilingual Montessori's Bus Transportation Waiver

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

-I understand that Amici Trilingual Montessori provides transportation services for children enrolled in its program.
-I understand that bus transportation involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, injuries from falling or tripping on the bus, and exposure to extreme weather conditions.
-I have been informed of the safety rules and regulations that children are expected to follow while riding the bus, including but not limited to:

*Remaining seated at all times while the bus is in motion
*Keeping hands and feet inside the bus
*Talking quietly and avoiding disruptive behavior
*Following the instructions of the bus driver and aides

-I understand that Amici Trilingual Montessori has implemented the following safety measures to minimize risks associated with bus transportation:
-All buses are regularly inspected and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
-All bus drivers are qualified and licensed in accordance with applicable laws.
-All bus drivers and aides have received training in first aid and CPR.
-Seat belts are provided and required to be used by all passengers.
-Emergency procedures are in place in the event of an accident or other incident.
-I hereby grant permission for my child to ride the bus provided by [Preschool
-I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Amici Trilingual Montessori and its employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with any injury or damage to my child while riding the bus, except to the extent caused by the sole negligence of Amici Trilingual Montessori.
