Who Can Nominate?
Any member of the Curtin community—including students, faculty, teaching staff, general staff, and fellow clubs—can submit a nomination.
Note: Club committee members cannot nominate their own club.

Nominations received before midnight on Sunday, 5 October 2025 will be considered for the 2025 Club Awards. Later submissions will roll into the 2026 review.
🏅 How Winners Are Chosen
A Guild-appointed panel will review all nominations based on quality, not quantity. The most compelling stories and impactful contributions will shine through.
Winners will be announced at the Club Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, 8 October, and published on the Guild website.
