Registration Terms
Registration to the event follows a "First Pay, First Seated" policy, where seating arrangements are determined by the order of submission of registration forms, subject to verification and confirmation. Participants who complete their payment earliest will be seated in the front rows.
Payment Terms
Full payment of rate is required upon registration. Payments are accepted through bank transfers only. Payment is non-refundable but transferrable, a confirmed slot may be transferred up until ONE (1) month before the scheduled date.
Seat Reservation
Payment secures ONE (1) seat in Masterclass Show 001 on February 9, 2024.
Payment Verification
All payment slips are subject to verification. The organizer reserves the right to confirm the authenticity of the transaction.
Acknowledgement Receipt (AR)
A soft copy of the AR will be sent to participants with the confirmation email upon successful registration and payment verification.
Inclusions
Participants will receive Full Spectrum Makeup Masterclass merchandise, ID, printed materials, and P5,000 worth of products from partner brands.
Masterclass Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and considerately during the workshops. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop.
Any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the workshop without a refund.
Consent to Photography and Filming
Participants may be photographed or filmed during workshops. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness for the Masterclass' online posts.
Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, and knowledge shared in this Masterclass are the intellectual property of the organizers and the artists. Unauthorized usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Recording Restrictions
Attendees are not permitted to record, video or livestream the class for extensive periods, respecting the intellectual property rights of the artists and maintaining exclusivity of the event. Additionally, the organizers reserve the right to request the editing or removal of any content that includes substantial information disclosed during the workshop, such as videos surpassing 5 minutes without cuts revealing the makeup artist's confidential techniques. This measure is taken to preserve the exclusivity of the show for the benefit of the attendees.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. By signing up, you agree to let us collect, use, and transfer your data solely for organizing and managing your participation in the event. We will store this information for five years and will not share it without your permission.
Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Liability and Insurance
Participants are responsible for their safety and well-being during the class. The organizers are not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during the workshop.
Legal Liabilities
Violation of these terms may result in legal action. The organizers reserve the right to seek compensation for losses or damages due to violations.
