Elevating Young Kings Inc. Membership Expectations & Agreement

Welcome to Elevating Young Kings Inc. As we work together to empower and guide our young Kings, we ask all members and parents/guardians to acknowledge and agree to the following expectations:   &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; 1. Respect & Accountability As members of Elevating Young Kings, each child is expected to uphold the values of respect, discipline, and leadership. All Kings in Training must show respect toward themselves, their mentors, fellow members, and parents. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.   &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; 2. Participation & Attendance Active participation is a cornerstone of our program. Members are expected to consistently attend scheduled activities and mentor sessions, which run from August to May each year.  Parents/guardians must notify a mentor or administrator, in advance, if their child will be absent. If a member is absent for more than four sessions without notice, they will be removed from our database under the assumption that they have voluntarily exited the program. &#13;&#10;  &#13;&#10; 3. Communication & Media Release :&#13;&#10;We believe in fostering open, honest conversations,even when topics are challenging. Parents, your support in allowing our mentors to guide and uplift your children through meaningful dialogue is essential to their growth.  Please note that all Elevating Young Kings events may be photographed, recorded, and shared publicly for promotional and program-related purposes. If you do not consent to your child being included in media, please inform Founder Phyllis Jackson prior to each session or event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;This statement serves as a general media release for all advertising, promotional, and documentation purposes related to Elevating Young Kings Inc.

All registration & membership fees can be paid at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/elevating-young-kings-incs-membership . Dues are due by the 15th of each month (August-May).

EYK Meets from noon until 1:30 PM. To ensure that your child gets the most of the organization, regular attendance is strongly suggested.
