We provide all of our economic empowerment programming for free thanks to the generous community philanthropic support, and sponsors like you!Our current programs in the Women's Economic Empowerment Program, includes Getting Ahead (where we focus on goal setting, and creating an economic action plan) and Moving Ahead (financial basics for women who have experienced financial abuse.) Two years ago, we added the leadership development program Young Women Choosing Action designed for young women 13-19. Our diversity, equity, and inclusion program InterACT is focused on breaking down biases that inhibit cooperation and connection by confronting unconscious beliefs and behaviors.

Our social media has a Facebook Post reach of almost 15,000 with almost 3,000 primarily female followers, aged 25-54 who live in Saginaw, Bay and Midland Counties. We also maintain an Instagram account and frequently visited website.

How Sweet it is to be loved by YOU! To celebrate the power of female friendships, and the sustaining power of loving yourself, join us for a brunch at MI Table in Downtown Bay City this February. We will have a delightful multi-course menu, all curated by women-owned businesses from the Great Lakes Bay Region. “Galentine’s Day is only the best day of the year!” This inaugural event is crafted to foster a strong sense of community among women in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Riverside Art Festival regularly draws over thousands of people a day to downtown Bay City for the first official weekend of summer. In 2024, we had 121 booths featuring artists, vendors, food trucks, and area nonprofits on Water and Center Streets in Downtown Bay City. This event is a major source of funding for our Women’s Ecnonomic Empowerment Program. With your sponsorship you can be a part of our program that changes lives!

Our social media presence, electronic news distribution, and community of supporters have grown exponentially over the last few years.
