Create your own Plan and Simple Collective group. Gather friends, family or coworkers to start your own group coaching experience.
Only one person needs to fill out this form on behalf of the entire group. Please gather the following details from each group member before starting:

Classes are once a month. I reserve 90 minutes for each class. Classes will range from 70-90 minutes.

What to Expect After Submitting
- Class Confirmation: Once you submit this form, I’ll review your group’s preferred dates and times and confirm your schedule via email within 5 business days.
- Payment Details: After your class dates have been confirmed, I’ll send a secure payment link to each member. Payment is due within 2 business days to reserve your group’s spot.
- Watch Your Emails: Once everyone has paid, I will send a Zoom link invite to each member along with any other resources and information!
