In consideration of payment identified herein, and subject to the General Terms and Conditions, PGNetwork will permit Content Provider to access the PGNetwork distribution network for the sole purpose of distributing either Content Provider-licensed or Content Provider-owned audio and/or video content over the PGNetwork distribution network as established and maintained by the Prayzefest Gospel Network, Inc.  

Content Launch Month.     The PGNetwork will add new content daily or upon request.

NOTE: The PGNetwork will only accept content that is either owned by or licensed to Content Provider. By listing content, Content Provider affirms that it is either the owner or licensee of the content.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This agreement incorporates and therefore is provided subject to PGNetwork’s General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Content Provider Agreements and any subsequent agreement notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in or incorporated into any document from or oral statement made by Content Provider. Content provided on PGN TV is provided under exclusive rights not to be aired on any other streaming sites or networks during the duration of the one year agreement established by signing up for this streaming service or subsequent time in which the content provider is being aired on PGN TV even on a month to month tenure.

It is also understood by agreeing to this contract that content provider agrees to the aforementioned terms regarding cancellation of this agreement to include but not limited to the amount of time required for cancellation notices and all required payments that may be due during the transition period.

By agreeing, content provider understands that he/she bears full responsibility to maintain a non-compete posture pertaining to the content provided to PGN TV. No variation or amendment to the conditions shall be of any effect unless expressly agreed, in writing, by a person authorized to sign on behalf of PGNetwork. By entering this Agreement, you confirm that you have read and accept the conditions, and you are authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the Content Provider.

Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, IOS/Android Mobile, PGN WebTV, Cross TV and so many other streaming outlets maximizing your consumer audience by millions.  Did you know that shows are also archived for your viewers to come back and watch over and over again?  That's right, benge watching is encouraged.

Please note, your monthly payments begin with the signing of your agreement above.  You will be billed monthly on the 1st or the 15th of the month.  You are paying for your content spot being held for you regardless to if you have a show there or not... the network is holding inventory for you and that is what you are paying for.  Content providers are encouraged to get their trailers up immediately so they can begin promoting their content coming soon and to get their actual content (shows) on the network as soon as possible. 

For pay per view shows/events Profit percentages are accrued respectively 75% to content provider (you); 20% Triune Global Publishing as the network's distribution provider and are paid per pay per view sale and before funds are distributed to the content provider.  Payment to distributor includes set up and processing fees.

If monthly payments are received by content provider more than 3 days after the date payment is due, a 10% late fee will be applied. If payment is delinquent beyond 5 days it may result in the termination of the Content Provider Agreement and removal of the Content Provider's content from the Network. If a pattern of late payments is established (2 or more late payments within the tenure of the term agreement) you will be required to provide a method of payment for "AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS" for your required monthly invoice payments. In addition, the network may refer the delinquent account to an attorney or collections agency to secure repayment of all balances owed to the network and any legal fees that may apply. Content Provider agrees to pay all reasonable fees or costs associated with the networks attempts to collect any and all outstanding payments.
