Surrender forms are subject to approval by shelter management. Contact will be made either by phone or email within 72 hours of receiving a completed form to discuss the surrender process further. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to surrender a pet and we will do our very best to place yours into a new home. However, shelters are places with many animals and strangers, new routines are noisy and stressful to animals that are accustomed to being in a home environment. Shelters should be used as a last resort ad this form should only be filled out after exhausting all other options for placement.
