    When the form is submitted, it is forwarded to your District Scenic Highway Coordinator for review. District Scenic Highway Coordinators can approve or add comments to the form.

    If you receive comments, you will be notified by email. You can access your form though the "Edit Submisison" button in the email. After completing your form, please re-submit it for approval. Once approved by the District Scenic Highway Coordinator, the final draft will be sent to the Program Coordinator, Dean Stoddart.

  • Byway Contributions

    Volunteer Hour Contribution
  • Volunteer hours are extremely important to the state economy, and many programs remain functional thanks to the unpaid hours put in by our volunteers. The Florida Scenic Highways Program is one such program that is thriving due to this contribution. In an effort to recognize these contributions, we are asking that you attempt to quantify the total number of volunteer hours contributed toward your byway during the reporting period (January 2025 - December 2025).

    These contributions would include time spent on any tasks completed as part of the functions of the byway organization including meeting attendance, email coordination, event and activity planning, grant applications, etc. Please consider all volunteers and board members, and their contributions.

    To record hours, byway organizations can download the Daily Volunteer Hour Log Template provided on the FSHP website in the Byway Organization Forms Section.
