Who are your customers? What are their personalities like? What does their day to day schedule look like? What do they struggle with? What are their goals and what is stopping them from achieving them?
Tell me about your favorite customers! What about your experience with them is memorable? What personality or lifestyle traits do they tend to have in common? How are you achieving these interactions with them(through what platform, what happens)?

How do you prefer that customers reach you directly?
What problem exactly is your product or service solving for your clientele? Why would somebody want to purchase what you are offering?

How does your business/brand help the community? How do you "give back" to your customers? This could be something you already do or plan on doing in the future.

Please keep in mind while answering these following questions:

Setting yourself apart from your competition does NOT mean that you are doing anything wrong. Creating diverstity between yourself and your competitors ultimately has potential to help BOTH of your businesses in the long run. It's important to remember that there are clients for everybody and each individual person is working with a difference set of needs and experience in mind. COMMUNITY OVER COMPETITION! But don't be afraid to take note of and sell your strengths to the world.
