WE DO NOT COLD CALL YOUR LEADS!

Details & Status: We will take a look at your deal and let you know if we decide to proceed.

PARTNER/JV: If we decide to proceed with your deal we will send you a Joint Venture (JV) agreement for you to sign.

LEADS: If you bring us a lead and we handle everything to closed it, we will provide you with a referral fee at close of escrow ($500 - $1,000).

DEAL: If you bring us a lead and we handle everything to closed it but you handle the disposition, we will split the profits 50/50.

DISPOSITION: If you have a deal under contract and we handle the disposition for you, we will split the profits 50/50.

COMMUNICATION: We will keep you updated throughout the process of each deal by email, text messages, phone call, etc.
