If you wanted to cancel your request that you have already paid for I can only refund you through fansly and cashapp. If you paid through youpay or throne I am unsure if you’ll be able to be refunded, but I would still look into it!

If I, shybabybun, cancel the request myself you will be refunded if it was already paid for. Things in my life happen as well so I hope you can extend that same understanding! Your request can be put “on-hold” if you still want to receive it once I open up customs again. 

There are no refunds accepted for content you received. If there is a problem with the file/media permissions, contact me and I will fix it!

୨୧ ˚₊  For those who gift me items from my wishlist:

𐂯 You can be added to my custom content request list even if it shows custom content is closed on my account (unless stated otherwise). If my carrd says do not request something through gifting you must go by those rules, they apply to my current situation. 
𐂯 I will still complete your request, however time can/will vary on when you will receive it.

**The only exception is when I explicitly say "do not gift me for a custom right now" or something similar, that means you will NOT receive a custom if you gift me items. Do not try to gift for customs when they are closed and I say do not gift me. **

𐂯 Your request doesn’t have to include the item you gifted, unless you want it to!

𐂯 Different factors:

• if you want a custom with the item you gifted
• time it takes for the items to be shipped and delivered
• cost of the items gifted, i attempt to make the custom request equal to the value of the item(s) gifted. if it’s expensive = more custom content = longer wait period
• things happening in my life can impact the wait time

୨୧ ˚₊  Custom Pricing
The prices of the custom content offered could be discounted or increased at random. The prices of add-on’s for content are also subject to change at random. 

If your request is complicated, something I am reluctant to make, or feels like an attempt to take advantage of my pricing I may or may not increase the price of your custom request specifically. This most likely will not be the case for most requests but SOME of you…. beware. Call that bun’s inconvenience fee. 

𐂯 Example of what WOULD call for an inconvenience fee:
Asking for a photoset (10 pictures) and a different outfit and shoes for each one. That $15 discount would no longer exist :3 When you request custom content ask yourself: Is asking shybabybun to change into 10 different outfits for 1 picture in each a reasonable request? For me, it’s not. It’s different if you were asking for 50 pictures, I’d do 10 outfits happily!

𐂯 Depending on the request, I may not accept it or feel as if I would be able to complete it. I reserve the right to deny any requests I do not feel comfortable doing or cannot personally complete at anytime during the process.  

𐂯 Do not request content that is in the "do not request" section.

There are NO refunds for items that have been shipped but were not delivered. If lost or considered undeliverable and destroyed there is nothing I can do. Once the item is in transit, I am no longer responsible for what happens to it.

If the item is successfully returned back to me, you will have the option to correct your information and pay for shipping again. If it is lost in the mail, again there is nothing I can do.

𐂯 You can gift items or cash gifts to pay for the worn items when they are available.
𐂯 If you want to gift me an item and purchase it after I receive and wear it please let me know, the price could be potentially discounted for the worn items.

𐂯 It will take longer to complete the request due to waiting on items to arrive.
