✓ Liberian Decent (by birth/immigration, the birth child of a Liberian)

✓ Complete application, Consent Form, and attestation questionnaire

✓ Submit updated Curriculum Vitae or Resume – (see template)

✓ Submit Proof of College degree earned from an accredited university/college

✓ Pay the required membership due upon acceptance of membership application.
