  • SAFEST offers full safety check testing and ongoing maintenance of your property in a customer focused environment. It is important, as a residential rental provider you understand what is required when it comes to meeting current legislation.

    • All trades attend once per year.
    • Smoke alarms serviced annually: We replace expired 240v and 9v alarms for FREE, install FREE alarms to any property built before 1997.
    • Gas safety checks, we don’t just check we provide a full comprehensive service on all gas appliances every 2 years by a licenced type A servicing gas fitter.
    • Electrical safety checks, inclusive of switchboards, earthing system, general electrical items and all electrical appliances.
    • We provide competitive quotes for all rectifications. If we loose the quote to a 3rd party, just send us the relevant certificate and we PASS the report for FREE
      FREE call outs for any make safe works to protect your renter 5:00pm-10:30pm Monday – Friday and 7:30am-10:30pm Saturday – Sunday.

    Are you rolling over from another provider? Then the roll-over subscription is for you! Discounts also may apply, please enter the last dates of your last safety checks and we will come back to you/managing agent with a proposal.

  • Please note you must still accept all SAFEST Terms and Conditions and sign the document for a Roll-Over Subscription. No services will be conducted until the customer has agreed to the proposal provided.

    Safest will continue to service the property at the prices below. The subscription payment will cease when we are informed by the agency or owner (cancellation fees may apply). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more detail (conditons apply).

    These services can be selected in conjunction with Option 1 or Option 2 or as a standalone one-off service

  • Optional Minimum Rental Standards (required every 3 years)

    Minimum rental standards (MRS) can be selected in conjunction with Option 1 or Option 2 or as a standalone one-off service. By selecting a MRS package below, you agree to pay for the selected package upon signing this Service Form.

    Individual services can be selected in conjunction with Option 1 or Option 2 or as a standalone individual service. By selecting an individual service below, you agree to pay for the service upon the signing of this Service Form.

  • * If pool/spa is non-compliant, a re-inspection will incur a cost of $250 + GST ($275 inc.)

  • Step 5: Choose Your Add-On Services (One-Off Services)

    Add-on services must be purchased in conjunction with another service. By selecting an individual service below, you agree to pay for the service upon the signing of this Service Form.
