Club Committee Members
Tell us about your time running a club! Some ideas to get you started:
- Resources wish list: What tools or support would make your committee role easier?
- Challenges faced: What hurdles did you encounter this year?
- Lessons learned: What do you know now that you wish you knew at the start?
You can also share tips and resources for other clubs, such as:
- Off-campus venue recommendations
- Templates you’ve found useful
- Supplier details (contacts, rates, delivery times, etc.)
Club Members and Affiliates
This may include anyone not currently filling the role of a committee member. Including staff, Curtin & non-Curtin students, members, external organisations, sponsors etc.

How We Use Your Feedback
Your feedback matters!
- The Guild Club Staff review all submissions and uses them to improve club support and student experiences.
- Not all feedback will receive a direct response, even if you provide contact details. We may only reach out if clarification is needed or if your feedback requires follow-up.
- Anonymous submissions are welcome, but if no contact details are provided, we cannot:
- Ask follow-up questions
- Provide information to address your feedback
