    I hereby make an application for membership in the High Achievers of the Paulding Board of REALTORS® and hereby certify that I personally handled the following real estate transactions, (as evidenced by the attached information which I also verify as accurate) during the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. I understand that the required documentation is the responsibility of the applicant and is subject to verification. I also understand that all awards are to be paid for by the time of application.

    Application Fee per Individual applying for credit: $65 (Application fee includes: processing, access to special designed High Achievers logo for marketing, and recognition in the full-color printed program, multi full-page ad in the “Dallas New Era”, social media announcements, and the PBOR website)

    If you are attaining a Phoenix Award this year, you have 2 options for upgrading your standard plaque. You can choose to upgrade for any of the Phoenix Award levels.
