Arts and Craft Fair Application Form
  • SHOW DATE & TIME: Sunday, August 9, 2026  11 am to 5 pm
    HANDMADE CRAFTS, VINTAGE ITEMS, AND FOOD TRUCKS ONLY

    LOCATION: Medina Public Square (outdoors), intersection of St. Rte. 18 & US 42
    BOOTH SPACE: 10ft.X10ft for $150 if application is received before June 1, 2026; $175 for applications received after June 1.

    DEADLINE: first come, first served until full (this show fills up fast)
    SET UP TIME: Saturday, August 8 from 5 to 9pm and Sunday, August 9 from 7 am to 10:30 am. There will be no overnight security - set up at your own risk. 
    TEAR DOWN: 5:01pm on Sunday, August 9

    RULES & APPLICATION PROCEDURES

    TO APPLY: Complete the form and payment below. Please upload 3 pictures of your handmade crafts and one picture of your display as requested in this form. If you need to email at a later date, send to affaironthesquare@gmail.com . Even if you sent pictures last year you must send them this year. 

    1. Applications will not be juried until photos, full payment and completed application form are received. You will be notified via email of your acceptance or rejection after March 15.
    2. Acceptance will be given for only the items listed on the Application Form and shown in the pictures.
    3. If not accepted, checks will be destroyed or paypal payments will be refunded in full.
    4. Acceptance in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance in this year’s show.

    DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS: We expect participants to make booth displays as attractive and professional as possible. Tables must be covered to the ground. Nothing may be pounded into the ground because of the park’s sprinkler system. Weights are required to hold down tents. The fire marshall will be inspecting tents and could ask you to take it down if the code isn’t met. Chairs and tables will not be provided.

    ATTENTION JEWELRY ARTISTS: There are a limited number of spaces available for jewelry vendors. If more than 50% of your booth is jewelry, these rules apply to you: The deadline for jewelry artist application is April 1. At that time all jewelry artist applications will be juried as a group and only a limited number will be accepted.

    SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis once application and payment in full is received. You will receive a map with your space assignment and set up information the week before the show. If you have any special requests, please be sure to indicate that on the application form.

    REFRESHMENTS:Food trucks will be on site throughout the show. Restaurants around the square will also be open.

    NO EARLY TEARDOWNS WILL BE PERMITTED

    THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
