VENDOR SPACE: $85 for a 10x10 space

$65 for a 1- 6ft table space. You Must have your own standing umbrella to go above your table. ONLY 5 OF THESE SPACES AVAILABLE

$150 Food trucks

Event fees are due no more than 48 hours after being accepted. If you need more time please let event coordinator know. If payment is not received before the 48 hr. Mark, your space will be forfeited.

Do you agree to stay the whole duration of the Event 10am-4pm? You can not start breaking down until 4pm .

Do you agree to be mindful of your space? Pick up your trash, mindful of your neighboring vendor and leave the space just as it was given to you?

Your Business logo would be featured in our Flyers. This is an extra $5 charge to your vendor fee
I agree to follow site instructions such as, where to park my car before and after setting up, agreeing to not start set up until event coordinator arrives on site at 9am, not parking my car inside event space to unload *
I will be sending set up instructions to everyone at least 3 nights prior to the event.

Sunrise Market place reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, advertisement and venue.

The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Sunrise Marketplace its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor fees are Non-Refundable.
