CCPERB Experience
The Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board (CCPERB) is an independent, quasi-judicial administrative tribunal established under the Cultural Property Export and Import Act. CCPERB certifies cultural property for income tax purposes. Cultural property refers to artistic, historic, or scientific objects that may fall into any of the categories defined by CCPERB.
