NOTICE:
The following items need to be completed BEFORE submitting this application.
- Decide on a name for your Chapter and get it approved by the National Advisory Committee. (Do this FIRST...before you do the following two items.)
- Incorporate your organization with your state.
- Create a complete set of Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Competition Rules (if applicable) for your organization.
Once these items are completed, submit the New Chapter Application JotForm and send the following items to the National President.
- A complete list of officers and members of your organization.
- A copy of your organization's Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Competition Rules (if applicable).
