At Gorilla Gang Training Academy, we distinguish ourselves by emphasizing not only physical strength and agility, but more crucially, football IQ. Our comprehensive approach goes beyond traditional training, ensuring that athletes not only become bigger, stronger, and faster but also smarter. Because knowing your assignment, where and how to line up, as well as what is going on around you, is as essential to football as your blocking, tackling, backpedaling, catching, lifting weights, doing drills, and running routes. We understand the pivotal role of nutrition in powering our brains and brawn, which is why our program rests on the firm foundation of holistic sports nutritional counseling.

Fee: $199/mo membership or $25/session

Training Location:

Cypress Creek High School, 1101 Bear Crosing Drive, Orlando, FL 32824

Training Schedule:

* Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3–7pm

1 hour - Speed Training (Mon. & Fri.)

1 hour - X-Factor (plyometric and other dynamic movements), agility and football specific training (Wed.)

* Tuesday & Thursday, 3-7pm

1 hour - X-Factor (plyometric and other dynamic movements), agility and football specific training. (Tues.)

1 hour - Speed Training (Thurs.)

*Monday - Friday, there will be 1 hour - Chalk Talk - nailing down the mental aspect of the game on the whiteboard with Coach Woods after each training session.

*Monthly Zoom session for Nutritional Counseling - Days & Times TBA

Gorilla Gang 5-Star Off-Season Training Academy Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions while participating in the Gorilla Gang 5-Star Off-Season Training Academy:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks:

I am fully aware that participating in strength and conditioning training for football involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or illness. I acknowledge that these risks may arise due to the nature of the activities involved, the equipment used, and the potential for physical exertion.

2. Assumption of Responsibility:

I voluntarily choose to participate in the Gorilla Gang 5-Star Off-Season Training Academy, fully understanding the potential risks associated with such activities. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation.

3. Physical Fitness:

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions or impairments that would prevent my safe participation in the training programs provided by Gorilla Gang.

4. Training Program Understanding:

I understand that the training programs offered by Gorilla Gang may involve strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to, strength training, conditioning drills, and agility exercises. I am aware that it is my responsibility to inform the coaching staff of any physical limitations or concerns before participating in any training sessions.

5. Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Gorilla Gang 5-Star Off Season Training Academy, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gorilla Gang, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, whether known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the training programs.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment:

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Gorilla Gang staff to seek and provide necessary medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. Photography and Video Release:

I grant permission to Gorilla Gang to use photographs and videos of my participation for promotional and educational purposes.
