Tips for filling out the registration form:
- A little red star * to the right of a field description means that it is required. If you try to move on to a new section you will be stopped until you fill out the required info.
- Hover over any input field and there may be additional helpful information about that field.
- You have to complete all the required fields in a section before you can move on to the next section.
- A field in progress is highlighted yellow and shifts to white when complete; auto-fills that are in yellow are not recognized and must be entered manually.
IF everything goes well you will receive a "Thank You" page with a big green check mark when you are done!

  Reigstration fees help to cover the cost of OVYM programming. Normally we suggest individuals pay $30 to help cover these costs. However we do not require this fee in order to register.

Any donation below supports the year-round work of Ohio Valley Yearly Meeting and can be considered a charitable donation for tax purposes. It will help with the many reductions in cost that we provide others.

Think about the following when you come to Summer Sessions:
- Bringing a smartphone or laptop. There may be individuals who are doing a Zoom session on their own.
- Cables, power supply and other electronic stuff.
- Flashlight, chargers
- Bring all the linens, toiletries and extras you will need for yourself and your family. These will not be provided this year.
