APPOINTMENT DISCLAIMER:

Every service, inlcluding highlight, balayage,or bleach & tone, can take anywhere from 2.5 hours to 5 hours from start to finish. When you book an appointment with us, please choose an appropriate day, where you are not in a rush, to allow the full appointment time!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation before 48 hours= no fees or rescheduling charge

Cancellation between 48-24 hour notice= $50 cancellation fee- must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment

No show/cancellation within 24 hours of appointment= $100 fee & 50% of next service deposit in order to rebook.

Please note- we understand that life happens, emergencies happen, and sickness happens. There are excuseable cancellations that will not require a charge.

Late fee= if you're going to be 15 minutes or more late, we will try to accommodate you, but it will be an additional $30 added to your service for every 15 minutes you're late.
If we cannot accomodate you because of previously booked appointments, we will have to reschedule, and you will be responsible for the cancellation/rescheduling fee within 24 hours.

***Please Note!!!*** We are not responsible for color accidentally staining your clothes- we will do our absolute best to avoid this situation, but accidents happen, and we are not responsible for replacing the item. PLEASE don't wear your favorite shirt/jacket to your appointment!! This applies to jewelry as well. If your earrings are lost in the salon, we are not liable. Please be sure to store your jewelry in your purse before your appointment. Thank YOU!

Once we get a chance to look over your form, we will call you to get you booked (please go ahead and save our phone number to your phone, so you know it's us when we call! 901.825.5669), and we will also add a credit card on file (please have your card ready!). *Please note:You CANNOT book an appointment with us without a card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS* You will not be charged on this card unless the Cancellation Policy is broken. We can't wait to work with you, and hopefully make your hair dreams come true!!
