Each candidate needs one USMS member for both nomination and recommendation and one additional recommendation. It is imperative that you include the correct email address for the recommenders. The people you include below will be invited to upload a nomination/recommendation form via a separate process. Please advise your recommenders on when they should be checking their email for an invitation. The invitation will be sent once you submit this application. The nomination/recommendation letters must be submitted to the Elections Committee via the online form sent to the recommender.
