I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or edit these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: Fee must be paid to reserve your spot. This is non-refundable as it holds your spot for the photo session on the agreed time and date. If the photographer cancels without rescheduling, the session fee WILL BE refunded. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographer's discretion only, and clients will be notified. If you, the client, have to cancel for any reason, a refund will NOT be granted. Refunds or free re-shoots are not given for any reasons, including the following circumstances: not liking how you look in your images, session being completed in less than the time that was quoted, lack of usable images due to children not smiling or cooperating. LATE FEE: These sessions are short, so arriving late will shorten the time of your session, or you will have to wait until someone else is finished with their session. Lastly, parents are responsible for their children's behavior. If anything is damaged, you will be sent an invoice to replace it. Thank you for respecting my studio.
