Payment options.

Once we review your registration and the tour availability, we will reach out to arrange payment. A deposit of $350 CAD per person is due to secure your spot.

Your total will be calculated based on the tour cost plus any add-ons selected. Taxes are already included.

We accept all major credit cards.

E-transfers are also accepted for a $30 processing fee. Please do not send a transfer until we have confirmed your spot on this tour.

When we book your flights, they must be paid by credit card in full.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to the G Adventures terms and conditions for cancellation:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure = Deposit paid will become a Lifetime Deposit (LTD) and stay on file in your name to use on a G Adventures trip in the future.
Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to departure = LTD + 50% loss of final payment
Cancellation within 30 days of departure = LTD + 100% loss of final payment

Your flights will have a separate cancellation policy determined at the time of quoting.

We will contact you to confirm your registration after submission and instructions for payment.
