  • At St Anthony Dental, we want to help as many people as possible. However as we have limited capacity to see everyone, we have designed an application process to identify the eligible candidates for our program. The application process will also provide the non eligible applicants with information and direction to seek support for their dental treatment.

    During the application you may be asked questions regarding your medical history, financial position, contact information and any organisation you may be affiliated with. Please ensure all your information is accurate and entered correctly so your application can be submitted. Your information will be used for the application process only, and will be deleted at the conclusion of the application process

    By beginning the application, you acknowledge and understand that:

    • Your information will be used for the application process only and will be deleted once your application has been assessed.
    • Submission of your application does not guarantee a successful outcome. You will be contacted on the outcome of your application assessment. 
    • You acknowledge that all the information provided is truthful and can be supported by relevant documentation.

    Please note that we will contact your nominated organisation and arrange your appointments directly with them. Please note that a support person will be required for your visits to our practice.

    Please allow up to 10 working days for your organisation to receive contact from our team. However if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email on info@stanthonydental.com.au where your enquiry will be sent to our charitable dental department. 

  • Did you know that you qualify for access for dental treatment under the Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme?

    If you are over 18 years old and have either a Health Care, Pensioner or Commonwealth Seniors Card, you are eligible for a free assessment in the public dental hospital where they will provide you with a voucher for any dental work required.

    As you qualify for a voucher under this scheme, you will need to redeem these works prior to accessing support from our St Anthony Charitable program.

  • As you are eligible for the dental voucher under this scheme, we recommend these steps to get access to dental treatment:

    1. Make an appointment with the Public Dental Hospital for your Oral Assessment. 
    2. Attend your appointment at the hospital for your oral health assessment. If the dentists at the public hospital recommend you need treatment, they will provide you with a voucher to be used at any eligible dental clinic for the treatment you require.
    3. If you are provided with a voucher, please return to this application where you will be prompted to upload a picture/scan of your voucher as well as your contact information.
    4. We will contact you and make an appointment at the next available appointment time.

  • Unfortunately your application has not been successful. At St Anthony Dental we strive to help as many people as possible, but unfortunately do not have the ability to help everyone and must limit our successful applicants to those who are registered as part of charitable or community/disability organisations. 

    We thank you for taking the time to apply for being a part of our foundation, If your circumstances change, please feel free to re-apply, however if you are in need of urgent dental care please visit the public dental hospital, where they can attend to you as soon as possible and relieve you of any pain you may be in. 

    Alternatively you are most welcome to visit our practice as a private patient, where we may be able to support part of your treatment depending on your circumstances, however an expectation of covering your full treatment fee will be required.

Simply by seeing us as a private patient for your dental health check ups and cleans, you can make a big difference in helping us support many people in need.

  • Thankyou for taking the time to complete the St Anthony Charity Dental Application. In 2023 we donated $250'000 worth of treatment to the disadvantaged and we hope to help even more people in the coming years.

    However as we are a private practice we can't see everyone and have limited our charitable works to those who are part of a charitable organisation and who are ineligble for government support. 

    If you are eligible for a dental voucher, our charitable program or have decided to visit us as a private patient, we look forward to seein you in the clinic. If you have not been accepted for our foundation, we reccommend that you visit a public hospital for your dental health needs, however don't hesitate to reapply if your circumstances change.
