    Class XI Admission Notice (Session 2026–27)

    St. Michael’s School, Ranchi

    St. Michael’s School, Ranchi invites applications for registration and admission to Class XI (Science & Commerce streams) for the academic session 2026–27.

    Students who have appeared for the Class X Board Examination 2026 are eligible to apply.

    The online registration link for Class XI admission is available (subject to seat availability).

     

    Registration Process

    • After successfully completing the online registration form, a pre-filled PDF copy will be sent to the registered email ID.
    • Applicants must take a printout of the form and submit it along with the required documents to the school office.
    • Submission must be done strictly on the date and time selected during online registration.
    • Forms not submitted within the allotted schedule will be treated as cancelled.
    • The applicable fee must be paid at the time of registration.
    • The admission process will be considered complete only after submission of:
      • Full fee
      • Printed registration form
      • All required documents at the school office

    • All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
    • Details once submitted cannot be modified later.
    • Ensure all entries match the official documents exactly.


    Important Notes

    • Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
    • Admission will be granted based on seat availability, school guidelines, and verification of original documents.
    • The school reserves the right to cancel admission if any information or document is found to be incorrect or forged. No appeal will be entertained in such cases.

  • PROOF OF RESIDENCE: Photocopy of the residence proof (i.e. Ration Card/Smart Card, Domicile Certificate (child/parent), Voter ID Card, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, or any government-issued ID card, etc.) has to be submitted at the School Office along with the printed Registration Form.

  • Documents & Fee Submission Guidelines
    The following documents and fees must be submitted along with the printed registration form at the school office on the scheduled date and time:

    Documents Required

    1. Photographs - Passport-size photographs of the student, father, and mother must be affixed in the designated spaces on the registration form.
    2. Birth Certificate - A photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority as proof of age.
    3. Student’s Aadhaar Card - Self-attested copy of the student’s Aadhaar card.
    4. Parents’ Aadhaar Cards - Self-attested copies of both parents’ Aadhaar cards.
    5. Community Certificate (if applicable) - For students belonging to SC / ST / OBC categories, a valid certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted.

    Fee Details

    1. Registration Fee (at the time of Form Submission) = ₹1,650/
    2. Admission Fee (at the time of Registration)
    3. Payment must be made through card or other cashless modes only.

    Important Fee & Admission Conditions

    1. Provisional admission will be granted upon form submission.
    2. The admission process will be considered complete only after submission of the required documents, printed registration form & the applicable fees.

    Final admission will be subject to the marks scored in the CBSE Class X results and fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria for the opted stream.

    Any remaining fees, if applicable, must be paid at the time of final admission.
    Fees paid towards confirmation of admission are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    In case a student does not meet the required cut-off criteria, the provisional admission amount (₹10,000/-) will be refunded, while the registration fee (₹1,650/-) will remain non-refundable.
