    Registration Process (Session 2026 - 27)

    St. Michael’s School, Ranchi announces the registration and admission process for Class-XI for the academic year 2026-27. 

    • Students who will appear in Class-X 2026 board exams are eligible to apply for Class-XI.
    • The online registration link for Class XI admission will be available depending on seat availability. 
    • After completing the online registration form, students will receive a pre-filled PDF copy in their email. Please submit the printed registration form and the documents to the school office strictly on the date and time selected when completing the form. Forms not received by the school will be deemed cancelled.
    • The fee applicable to the students for completing the admission process also needs to be paid at the time of registration.
    • The registration and admission process will be complete only after the full fee and the registration form, along with relevant documents, are submitted to the school office.

    • All fields in the online form marked with a red* are mandatory. 
    • Details provided at the time of registration cannot be subsequently changed. Hence, please enter the details exactly as per the documentary evidence. 

      

    Note: 

    • Mere registration and submission of the registration form at the school office DO NOT confer a right to admission to any child. Admissions will be offered, depending on available seats, according to St. Michael’s School guidelines after reviewing registration details and verifying the originals of all required documents.
    • The School shall cancel admission secured based on any incorrect or forged certificate, and no appeal against such action will be entertained.
    • If you encounter any problems filling out the registration form, please email admissions@stmichaelsranchi.com, giving full particulars and explaining the nature of the problem. Please do not call the school office. All emails will be replied to within two working days.

  • PROOF OF RESIDENCE: Photocopy of the residence proof (i.e. Ration Card/Smart Card, Domicile Certificate (child/parent), Voter ID Card, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, or any government-issued ID card, etc.) has to be submitted at the School Office along with the printed Registration Form.

  • The following documents and fees must be submitted along with the printed registration form at the time of form submission at the school office:

    1. Passport-size photographs (of the Father, Mother, and child) should be affixed at the relevant place in the registration form.
    2. BIRTH CERTIFICATE: A photocopy of the certificate of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births.
    3. Copy of the student's self-attested Aadhaar card.
    4. Copies of the parents’ Aadhaar cards, self-attested by them.
    5. COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE: For children belonging to the SC / ST / OBC category, a certificate issued by the competent authority stating that the child belongs to the said category (as applicable) must be provided.
    6. Provisional admission will be granted at the time of form submission. An amount of Rs. 11,650 (Rupees eleven thousand six hundred and fifty only) must be paid through card or other cashless modes while submitting the form. This includes Rs. 1,650 as the registration fee and Rs. 10,000 towards provisional admission.
    7. The remaining fees, if any, will be payable at the time of final admission after the declaration of the CBSE results, subject to the eligibility criteria.
    8. Fees paid to confirm a student’s continuance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Provisional admission will be considered complete only after submission of the required fee, registration form, and relevant documents to the school office.
    9. If a student does not meet the prescribed cut-off marks as per the eligibility criteria, the amount paid at the time of provisional admission—excluding the registration fee—will be refunded.
