Applications must be submitted at least 7 days before your pet's surgery appointment. Approval will grant you a $50 voucher toward your pet's pre-scheduled appointment with participating Lafourche Parish veterinarians. Vouchers are not transferrable to another person or pet and are not limited per household. **If applying for a voucher, your pet WILL be microchipped at no additional cost to you.**
