POLICIES:

1. Eligibility:

Product Sample are eligible for Employees and Professionals who wish to try a new product before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the adverse result if the proper indications are not followed.

2. Quantity and Frequency Limits:

Customers may request only one product sample per SKU, and cannot request the same product sample after it has been provided.

3. Shipping and Handling Costs:

Depending on your destination, Shipping and Handling Cost may be subject to be charge.

4. Approval Process:

Once your product sample request form has been received, it might take a few days to get an approval. An approval is subject upon company's discretion, and the company has the right to deny any request.
