If you have colored your hair yourself and are seeking a lightening service, Cheyenne may require you to come in for an in-person test strand. This is where she will cut a small piece of hair from a discrete location on your head and bleach it off your head in a foil (You do not need to stick around for the process, it is a complimentary 15 minute appointment). This process gives her an idea of how much time you may need and if your hair is healthy enough for the service you are seeking, without damaging all of your hair.
