Models are required to attend casting in order to be considered for the model roster. This form is not a final submission for consideration. If models do not attend our castings; they will not be allowed to walk for HIFW.

I understand and agree that HIFW will not compensate me. In the event I require monetary compensation for modeling for a designer in a company event, I will arrange for any required compensation directly with the designer prior to accepting the invitation to model.

I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document and I am in full agreement.

If selected to be a model in Season 4 of HIFW; I release rights and I give Heartland International Fashion Week full rights to images, videos and recordings of me during the event.
