  • 1) I have received and read my Course Accessibility Letter

        a. Contact SAS with any discrepancies

    2) I will provide the CAL to my instructors

    3) I will set a time to meet with my instructors to discuss 

        a. I will meet with professors during office hours and/or arrange an alternate              meeting time

        b. Meeting with faculty face-to-face is essential to work out logistical details                related to specific accommodations

        C. I will direct any questions to studentaccess@npe.nmt.edu or vanessa.anderson@nmt.edu

    4) Accommodations are not retroactive

        a. Implementation does not begin until

            i. You have provided the CAL to your instructors each semester

           ii. You have discussed the CAL with your instructors

          iii. You have submitted the signed Course Accessibility Letter Agreement to SAS
