Review of applications will begin on February 28th, 2024 and will continue on a rolling basis until funds are depleted or until the program begins. You may apply for the UW DSSG Opportunity Scholarship at any point up until the program begins, but to guarantee consideration you should apply by February 27th, 2024.

All UW Data Science for Social Good student applicants are eligible to apply for the UW DSSG Opportunity Scholarship. If requests for funding exceed the scholarship funds available, then priority may be given to applicants who belong to populations that historically or systematically face significant structural and financial barriers in accessing educational opportunities.
