Due to COVID protocols Sunshine State Youth Association reserves the right to request proof of a NEGATIVE COVID Test if athlete displays any symptoms to help ensure the safety of the entire organization. SSYA will also send notice if there is a POSITVE test reported and the athlete and or any siblings living in the same home participating in the organization, MUST remain home from practices as well as games for 5 days.

Release of liability although the safety of all sports activities is the primary concern, outdoor sport activities at SSYA facilities may cause injuries and/or death.
