Trim Options - Amount varies based on above options. Due to the varying size of the hogs and depending on previous options selected the trim amount will vary. The locker needs a minimum of 15# to accurately mix so please indicate order of preference in the comment box below. Choose 1 for a half hog and up to 2 for a whole hog.

Brat Flavors - Please be aware that you may only get 1 or 2 flavors of brats depending on the amount of trim and your other selections. Please list order of flavor preference in the comment box below. Brats have an additional charge of $2.50/lb for the extra ingredients and time taken to make them.

Once submitted, we will review the form and send you an invoice for the deposit amount required to secure your order.

We require a deposit of $150 for a half a pig and $300 for a whole pig. The deposit is deducted from the total, with the remainder due prior to meat pickup.
