  • Ham - for 1/2 hog only choose 1 option.*

  • Loin- IA Chops or Regular Chops - For half a hog only choose 1 option, whole hog can choose up to 2 options.*
  • Bacon (Choose only 1 option for half a hog. For a half hog you will get around 10# and around 20# for a whole hog.)*
  • Trim Options - Amount varies based on above options. Due to the varying size of the hogs and depending on previous options selected the trim amount will vary. The locker needs a minimum of 15# to accurately mix so please indicate order of preference in the comment box below. Choose 1 for a half hog and up to 2 for a whole hog.*
  • Brat Flavors - Please be aware that you may only get 1 or 2 flavors of brats depending on the amount of trim and your other selections. Please list order of flavor preference in the comment box below. Brats have an additional charge of $2.50/lb for the extra ingredients and time taken to make them.
  • Once submitted, we will review the form and send you an invoice for the deposit amount required to secure your order.

    We require a deposit of $150 for a half a pig and $300 for a whole pig. The deposit is deducted from the total, with the remainder due prior to meat pickup.
