EmpowerHer: Women's Literary Movement - Anthology Contract

This will be a publishing contract between She Rises Studios and   First Name   Last Name   purchasing this opportunity.

You will be assigned a Project Manager at the start of your anthology of choice. She Rises Studios and   First Name   Last Name   , purchasing this opportunity, will co-author the book together with other hand-selected co-authors. All parties will share responsibilities in marketing the book.

Book Summary: The anthology book project that you select will include everything in the attached exhibit A. The investment for this book project is $500 if paid in full or $600 if made in payments, as paid by   First Name   Last Name. The Book launch is set to release in 2024, based on the anthology project that you select. (unless there are unforeseen circumstances that may extend the launch)

Terms: She Rises Studios Publishing with you will take responsibility for publishing the book (formatting, editing, distribution, etc.). She Rises Studios, and   First Name   Last Name   purchasing this opportunity, will write their part of the book (1 chapter) and submit it to SHE RISES STUDIOS by an agreed-upon deadline which will be announced in your welcome letter based on the anthology project you select.

Chapter Deadline: All chapters shall be due with four weeks from the sign-up date.   First Name   Last Name   will abide by these deadlines and will not delay the publishing of the book. Support is available to the author; if needed, please reach out to your assigned Project Manager. The chapter shall be sent to sarah@sherisesstudios.com or catherine@sherisesstudios.com when completed.

All items in Exhibit A are an estimate of the bonuses and a description of the items   First Name   Last Name   will receive. Some items under Exhibit A may change (none will be removed but on occasion, we will add additional bonuses to assist with the campaigns of the books.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

PLEASE NOTE: If you are selecting a Payment plan, we do allow a 48-hour grace period to complete your invoice. If your payment is late by passing the 48-hour period, you will incur a $75 late fee charge. After 14 days of no payment, We reserve the right to remove you completely from this book project, with NO REFUND.

There is a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, regardless of full payment or monthly payment option.

COMMUNICATION: Communication with She Rises Studios and affiliate team members will be through email, zoom, or phone calls only. Authors’ meetings will be pre-recorded and shared via email, with the exception of the first and last authors’ call, which is LIVE and also recorded. We will share training and guides to help assist all authors through the process.

ROI: The return on investment with our project comes in the following ways:
