If your group/ organisation would be interested in collaborating with IASLT to co-host a CPD event, please use this form. Please provide the following information relating to the proposed CPD event. The event will be confirmed following approval from the IASLT CPD Committee or CPD Team. IASLT requests all information below at least 8-10 weeks prior to the proposed event date.

13. Event registration fee structure is confirmed by IASLT prior to opening registration, in line with IASLT policies and with the primary aim of covering all costs of the event, including administration costs. IASLT does not have excess revenue to cover any potential losses associated with CPD events.

IASLT is responsible for managing all aspects of event promotion and management including the following: Save the Date; Open registration on website; Direct email campaign to members/ non-members; Promotion on IASLT social media channels (FB, insta, twitter, linkedin); Manage images/ online branding and marketing materials; Manage other advertising routes (SIGs/ SLTMG/ other PBs); Monitoring IT issues around registration; Monitoring figures; Distribution of pre/ post materials/ surveys; Managing approval process (if applicable)Managing waitlist; Organise gifts/ payments for speakers (as per approved budget)Manage registration of attendance/ welcome note at the beginning of events. If IASLT representation is required for in-person events, this must be agreed beforehand, and travel expenses may apply. Manage zoom session (if online event). Manage all queries including cancellations, refunds, requests for receipts, login details, requests for other payment options; Collate feedback from attendees; Manage certificates of attendance.
