Screenings at Healthy Solutions are to accomodate teammates/spouses NEW to Balls Foods Insurance. If you are NEW to our insurance, there is NOT a screening fee.

If you were insured by Balls Foods in 2025 and need to complete your 2026 biometric requirements, screenings will occur at Balls Foods grocery stores from March to May in 2026 without a fee. If you choose to complete a screening at Healthy Solutions and are currently insured with Balls Foods, you will be charged a $25 fee.
