11TH ANNUAL LIBERTY VILLAGE ART CRAWL

This annual event takes place at The Bentway (Under the Gardiner at 250 Fort York, Toronto) Saturday June 8th, from 11-6PM.

This location is OUTDOOR and has ample parking and is easily TTC accessible! It is not wheelchair accessible.

BOOTH OPTIONS/FEES INCLUDING DISCOUNT:
- 4'x3' space: $265
- 6'x4' space: $315
- 10'x10' space: $395 (canopy/tent)

1. Booth fees are due with application forms.
2. Allow up to 2-5 days for your application to be reviewed, at which time you will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance or advising you that you will fully refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION PAYMENT IS DUE WITH YOUR APPLICATION - APPLICATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED AND WILL BE DELETED.*

I understand that my application form has a $120 administrative which is including in my booth fees. Any request to make changes to my application form (cancelation, transfers) will be subjected to this $120.*

In the event that an Act Of God, or Covid-19 related event cancels our event, the event will be rescheduled to a later 2022 or 2023 date and you will receive a credit for your space. No refunds will be issued.*

This location has the potential for high winds. IF you are using a tent and or canopy, The venue requires you have 40lbs MINIMUM to weight down EACH leg of my canopy or your free standing umbrella. You have read and understood and will have the required requirements met on event day.*

I understand that if I am using a canopy/tent, and my canopy/tent is not weighed down properly, I will be asked to take it down and that I will be held responsible in the event that an injury occurs as a direct result of my tent not being weighed down properly.*
